Akasaka 9-chome redevelopment plan

The Akasaka 9-chome North District Redevelopment Work is a large-scale project located in Akasaka 9-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, on an approximately 0.8 ha site adjacent to Tokyo Midtown. A super high-rise complex will be constructed with 44 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, approximately 170m in height, and a total floor area of ​​approximately 44,443m2, and its main uses will be housing (319 units), public facilities, and a parking lot. The project was designed by Nikken Sekkei, and constructed by Taisei Corporation.To improve disaster prevention, the project redeveloped the Kuwata Memorial Children's Playground, secured public open space, and barrier-free circulation, and created a landscape that is in harmony with Tokyo Midtown.
