Nagoya Sakaemotoju Building Renovation

Former Honju Building (currently NANEI NISHIKI) located in Nishiki 3-chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya Bldg.) is a 7-story reinforced concrete commercial building completed in 1977, and is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Sakae subway station. In this renovation project, we plan to update the aging equipment and interior, implement seismic reinforcement, and improve energy-saving performance.We plan to restore the building to a building that combines modern design and comfort while maintaining the floor configuration for restaurants and service stores. The design was handled by Nagoya-based Kato Sekkei, with the aim of increasing asset value while leveraging its historical value.
